What are the shipping fees?
Flat Shipping $3.99
Free shipping in the US when purchasing $50+.
Canada Shipping $15 up to $50 and $20 on orders $50+
How long does it take to ship my order?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Processing time includes order verification, quality check and packaging. We strive to get your package to you as soon as possible. Contact us at hello@simplyfoursisters if you have questions.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once an item has shipped you will be notified by email with tracking information.
What is your return policy?
We understand that sometimes purchases just don’t work out. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and in NEW condition. We will do all we can to make it right. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you qualify for & receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Where do your products ship from?
We ship from Ohio, USA
Tracking numbers states 'delivered' but I didn't get it.
Please note that once we ship your order out, we're no longer responsible for your package. We do not issue refunds on misdelivered package. Please contact your local post office if you do not receive your package even if the tracking says it's been delivered. You can also file a claim online. Thank you for understanding.

What's the washing instructions?
For the Satin Lined Hats~ Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent. Lay Flat to dry.
For Graphic Tees~ Turn inside out prior to washing and follow instructions on tag.
